The Foundation started Sripathi Children’s Home for Girls responding to the request came from local government authorities of Child Care and Probation.
It was a blessing for our children that Fdsea Finister (France) and Tropicoir Lanka Pvt. Ltd (Sri Lanka) donated a building for this Girls’ Home. The foundation acquired a piece of land from the local council (Pradeshiya Sabha) and built a one story building.
We currently take good care of 32 girls between ages of 6 -16 years old. Similar to boys, they are provided with a balanced diet, clothing, schooling, health requirements, sports and recreation facilities. They also attend the public school. Extra tuition classes and special classes are also conducted to help their school works. There are also programs to improve their skills in music, dancing and handicraft.
